Author: A new approach in creating risk adverse schedules. Schedules are dynamic and are most effective when they consider the largest risk components from the entire team, not just the contractor. This book utilizes case studies to demonstrate agile schedule management. Processes and Tools are presented to create the content which best defines the risk on a project by project basis. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a novice in the project delivery process, this publication will guide you to a unique perspective on how to create the most risk adverse schedules.
